Charles Henry “Charlie” McKnight left this world on August 15, 2017, at age 96, to be with his beloved wife Ramona Loyce, sons Thomas and Gary, his siblings and parents. He spent his last 7 years at the Cheyenne Wyoming VA Hospital’s Community Living Center.
Charlie was born in Houston, Texas on April 27, 1921. He served 25 years in the United States Air Force and served in WWII and Vietnam.
Charlie leaves behind one daughter and several grandchildren and great-grandchildren. He will be greatly missed. His sense of humor and sharp mind, even at the ripe old age of 96, will forever be remembered and missed.
Services will be 9:00 a.m. Wednesday, August 23, 2017 in the Lakeview Chapel at Schrader, Aragon and Jacoby Funeral Home. Interment will follow at 1:30 p.m. at Fort Logan National Cemetery in Denver, CO.
