Jamie Rahe Winters, 41, of Cheyenne, Wyoming, passed away tragically on Saturday, June 11, 2016, at the Hot Springs County Memorial Hospital in Thermopolis, Wyoming.
Jamie was born June 1, 1975, in Lubbock, Texas.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, June 16, 2016, from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. at the Schrader, Aragon and Jacoby Funeral Home with a graveside service to follow at 2:00 p.m. at the Lakeview Cemetery.

Jimmie Myrick
Jimmie Otis Myrick, 90, of Cheyenne passed away June 14 at home.
Jimmie was born March 5, 1926 in Elgin, Oregon. He was the youngest of nine children. He was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints.
Jimmie served his country beginning at the age of 17, joining the United States Army and serving in Austria during WWII. He later joined the United States Air Force and served during the Korean, Vietnam and the Cold Wars. He retired at the rank of Senior Master Sergeant after 26 years. He earned a Certificate of Completion in Welding and Heavy Equipment Operator from Laramie County Community College. He owned his own business for several years in home construction. He finally retired at the age of 71 from Civil Service at F.E. Warren AFB.
He had a love for fishing and he rarely shared his fishing stories or his secret fishing spots. He would sneak away every chance he got. He enjoyed the outdoors, reading, watching westerns and documentaries. He was a hard worker and provided well for his family.
He is survived by his children Lorrie Myrick and David Myrick (Parker, CO), Kathy Ormsby (Myrtle Beach, SC), Mark Myrick, Mary Swanson, Patty Smith, and Sherry Myrick (Cheyenne, WY), Ed and Jimmie Myrick (Anaconda, MT). Fourteen grandchildren, Amber Cromwell, Christopher and Justin Myrick, Joshua and Courtnay Schoeneberg, Jordan Johnson, Alan and Aaron Smith, Jimmie Myrick, Betsy, Justina, Josephine and Gabriel Myrick. Also sixteen great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Mark Newton and Mary Elizabeth Weaver Myrick. His wife Josephine V. (Fernandez) Myrick, eight siblings, grandson Jeremy Kragness and one great-grandson.
A private family service with military honors was held.

Jerry L. Hayes, born December 22, 1953, lost his long battle with cancer on June 16, 2016.
Jerry spent his life giving to the community. He spent 25 years in law enforcement throughout the State of Wyoming. After retirement he continued to serve his community by pursuing an Associates Degree in Pharmacology. His true passions in life were spending time with his family and cars.
Jerry’s love was for kustom cars and drag racing. He pursued those passions with his car club, The Lincoln Highwaymen, and his 56 Chevy “Lucille”.
He is loved by his wife Connie; his sons, Jason (Gretchen) and Justin (Pamela); and his 3 grandsons, Jimi, Justus and Jakoda.
Drive fast Jerry. We love you.
Services will be held at 3:00 p.m. Tuesday at First Congregational Church.

Barbara Ann “Bobbie” Mosher, 63, passed away June 16, 2016, at home surrounded by family. Since her diagnosis in August 2015, her fight with multiple myeloma and plasma cell leukemia was aggressive and all too abrupt. She will forever be remembered for her creativity and love of life.
Bobbie was an artist, entrepreneur, loving Siberian husky breeder, passionate gardener and member at Meadowbrooke Church. Bobbie enjoyed her years of service as a family health and nutrition educator at WIC in Larimer County, Colorado and Laramie County, Wyoming.
Bobbie will be lovingly remembered by her family. She was the daughter of Col. George and Erna Haripar. She is survived by her husband, Robert Mosher; her children, Cole (Audrey) Rogers, Caitlin (Philip) Reigan, Kirstin Vanatta and Laura Vanatta; and two grandchildren, Kristine Reigan and Grant Rogers.
Jackie Claudson
Jackie D. Claudson, 59, of Basin, WY passed away on June 17, 2016 in Loveland, CO.
She was born March 22, 1957 in Cheyenne to Carl and Betty Olson. She was the Chief Executive Officer at the Bighorn County Hospital. She was a member of the First Baptist Church and was an active & dedicated leader of the healthcare community in the Bighorn County area.
She is survived by her significant other, Joe Benson of Basin; children, Jeri (David) Gonzales of Cheyenne, Tony Claudson of Cheyenne, Dusty Benson of North Platte, NE and Brandi Robertson of Hardin, MT; grandchildren, Jacquelyn Gonzales, Adelaide Gonzales and Edward Lorenzen.; mother, Betty Olson of Basin; siblings, Carl Olson of Basin, Donald Olson of Cheyenne, Dennis Olson of Casper, Bill Olson of Greybull and Melinda Pryde of Sheridan.
She was preceded by her father, Carl J. Olson.
Memorial Services will be Friday, June 24, 2016 in the First Baptist Church in Basin at 2:00 p.m. A private interment will be held in Memorial Gardens Cemetery in Cheyenne.
Budd Chapman
Budd C. Chapman, 80, of Cheyenne passed away on June 18, 2016 in Cheyenne.
He was born May 29, 1936 in Pueblo, CO to Clyde and Thelma Chapman. He married Kay Agee on August 23, 1959 in Cheyenne. He served three years in the US Army in the Post Ordinance Alaska. He then served 24 years as an aircraft engine mechanic for the Wyoming Air National Guard 153rd CAM before retiring as a Chief Master Sergeant. His interests included aviation, fishing, shooting, Coca-Cola collecting, gardening and cooking.
Budd is survived by his wife of 56 years, Kay Chapman of Cheyenne; daughters Machelle (Marcus) Stotts of Cheyenne and Terri (Jim) Brownell of Las Vegas, NV; grandchildren, Jaimelyn (Michael) Chavaree, Jasmin (Kyle) Brownell, Zachary (Alison) Simpson, Jerrica Simpson, Lacie Brownell, Mia Scully, Michaela (Jessie) Scully, Mariah (Kyle) Lane, Macy Scully, Emily Scully; step-grandson, Tyler, (Lauren) Stotts; great-grandchildren, Riley, Bianca, Kylyn, Natalee, Michael, Hannah, Gracelyn, Oliver, Clara, Braxton and Kingston; step-great-grandchildren, Michael, Jr., Emma, Keyan, Scarlet and Nile; sister, Thelma (Benny) Lewis of Laurel, MT.
He was preceded in death by his parents and brothers, Clyde Chapman, Dick Chapman and Don Chapman and 4 great-grandchildren.

Robert Gallagher
Robert C. Gallagher, 89, died June 22, 2016 at Davis Hospice Center in Cheyenne. He was born on February 8, 1927 in Laramie. He attended school in Laramie until WWII interrupted his studies. Robert enlisted in the U.S. Army in February 1945 and served with the 77th Division as an electrician. He saw extensive action in the Pacific Theater. His decorations include the American Defense Medal, The American Campaign Medal, The Asiatic Pacific Campaign Medal and the WWII Victory Medal.
Upon his discharge, he returned to Laramie and in 1947 met and married the love of his life Joyce. They resided in Laramie where he worked for 14 years as an electrician for the Union Pacific Railroad. Their one son Jerry Lee was born in 1948. The family moved to Cheyenne in 1960 and he retired from F.E. Warren Air Force Base in 1987 after 27 years.
Robert was a member of American Legion Post 6, VFW #1881 and Moose Lodge. He was a donor to St. Joseph’s Children’s Home.
The Gallaghers were members of St. Mary’s Parish. Joyce passed away in 2005. He was preceded in death by his son, Jerry Lee; parents; brothers, Richard, Jessie and Donald and sisters, Grace and Shirley.
He is survived by his daughter-in-law Anna Ramirez of Cheyenne, nephew Mike Gallagher of Cheyenne and niece, Bonnie Walker of California.
Friends may contribute to VFW 1881.
Graveside services will be Tuesday at Beth El Cemetery at 11 a.m. with military honors.
James "Jim" Barth
James L. “Jim” Barth, 37, of Cheyenne, Wyoming, passed away tragically on June 23, 2016.
Jim was born February 5, 1979, in Bismarck, North Dakota, a son of James B. and Betty M. (Baumgartner) Barth.
Jim had many interests including camping, hunting, fishing, boating and traveling. His greatest joy was spending time with his sons and his family.
Jim is survived by his loving wife, Jill; sons, Austin and Chance; parents, James and Betty Barth; siblings, Theresa Seabolt, Lisa Oleson and John Barth; and numerous nieces and nephews.
A Vigil for the Deceased will be held on Tuesday, June 28, 2016, at 6:30 p.m. at the Lakeview Chapel at Schrader, Aragon and Jacoby Funeral Home. Mary E. Foster, 77, of Cheyenne died June 23, 2016 in Cheyenne.
She was born October 11, 1938 in Lawrence, MA to John and Marguerite Foley. She retired after 26 years in the Central Supply Department at Cheyenne Regional Medical Center.
She is survived by her sister, Marguerite Foley Levesque of GA and several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents and 2 sisters.

Russell Beasley, Jr.
Russell O. Beasley, Jr., 57, of Cheyenne, Wyoming, passed away unexpectedly on Friday, June 24, 2016, at the Cheyenne Regional Medical Center.
Russell was born December 3, 1958, in San Bernardino, California, a son of Russell O. and Ora Dee (Mixon) Beasley, Sr.
Russell worked as a chef and loved to cook for his family and friends. He also loved to laugh, particularly at this own jokes. He will be remembered as a loving husband, father, grandfather, son and friend.
Russell is survived by his loving wife, Brenda Beasley; four children, Russell O. Beasley, III, Julie Beasley, Rondell Taylor and Mylisha Taylor; his mother, Ora Dee Beasley; and six grandchildren, Marquis Taylor, Zenia Taylor, Imani Bevel, Lamar Taylor, Isabella Bevel and Dometrus Bevel.
He is preceded in death by his father, Russell O. Beasley, Sr.

Ruby Rose Selig, 80, of Cheyenne, Wyoming, passed away Sunday, June 26, 2016, at the Davis Hospice Center in Cheyenne.
Ruby was born September 9, 1935, in Somerset, Wisconsin.

Orville Baker
Orville Cantril Baker, 93, of Colorado Springs, CO, died October 14, 2015, at the Brookdale Village at Skyline, under the care of Brookdale Hospice. He had a great smile, a firm handshake, a generous spirit and he never met a stranger.
He was born March 2, 1922, in Norton, KS, the eldest son of Orville Van Baker and Mae Brautigam Baker.
In his youth he was involved in 4-H, played football, and was the cipher champion in his school. After graduating from high school in Almena, KS, he attended Kansas State University. With the start of WWII, he took a sabbatical from school, volunteered and trained as a pilot. He was a member of the 8th Air Force, 445th bombing group flying B-24’s. He flew 35 missions over Europe. After the war, Orville continued his studies at Kansas State graduating with a B.S. Degree in Agricultural Engineering, While at college, he met and was smitten with a dark-haired beauty from Sawyer, KS, Pearl Lilliequist. They married September 12, 1948, and celebrated over 61 years together.
In 1949, Orville started work with Deere and Company as a territory manager, finally retiring in 1979. Not one to give up working after retirement, he kept busy selling insurance for New York Life, and real estate for RE/MAX Capitol Properties, farming with Dick Barnes, and doing lawn care and snow removal for all his neighbors.
Orville was a golfer, bridge player, and a grandpa extraordinaire. He was partial to extra dry martinis, straight up with three olives. He and Pearl loved to travel the world which included cruises, family and golfing trips, 8th Air Force reunions, but perhaps his most treasured memory was the Wyoming Honor Flight trip to Washington D.C.
Orville was member of the Cheyenne York Rite Masonic Temple #1, Korein Shrine A.A.O.N.M.S., the Elks, the American Legion, Military Officers Association of America, Daedalians, Cheyenne Regional Medical Center Hospital Auxiliary, Meals on Wheels, RSVP Volunteer Program, and the First United Methodist Church of Cheyenne.
Orville is survived by his daughters, Paula Harris and husband, Phil, of Encampment, WY, and Carol Merrion and her husband, Rob, of Colorado Springs, CO; grandchildren, Liz Fields and her husband, Nick, and their three children of Ocala, FL, Jeff Harris and his wife, Mary of Laramie, WY, Katie Merrion of Colorado Springs, CO, and Mike Merrion of Pittsburgh, PA.
Orville was preceded in death by his wife, Pearl; his parents, Orville and Mae Baker; his siblings, Henry and Kelcey Baker and Dorothy Brooks.
A celebration of life will be held April 16, 2016, at 11:00 a.m. at the First United Methodist Church with The Reverend Mark Marston officiating. A reception will follow at Allison Hall.
Cremation has taken place under the care of Schrader, Aragon and Jacoby Funeral Home.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to a charity of choice.
Donland Greer
Donland Gene Greer, 89 of Cheyenne, Wyoming, passed away peacefully on December 18, 2015.
Donland was born in Bethel, Kansas, on December 20, 1925, to Clarence Greer and Martha Tretter Greer. He was a veteran of WWII and served in the United States Army. He married Maud Garver and they had four children, Kirkland Greer, Cindy Greer, Ginny Greer and Kendal Greer. He loved the spirit of children, family, horses, building homes, and the turning of the trees on Fall River Road in autumn.
Donland is survived by three children, Cindy Greer of New York City, NY, Ginny Brown of Littleton, CO, and Kendal Greer of Aurora, CO; and two grandchildren. He is preceded in death by his parents and his son, Kirkland Greer.
A memory service will be celebrated on Saturday, January 9, 2016, at 1:00 p.m. in at the Lakeview Chapel at Schrader, Aragon and Jacoby Funeral Home. A reception will follow in the Schrader Reception Center. Cremation is under the care of Schrader, Aragon and Jacoby Funeral Home.
Elmer Schneider
Elmer Schneider, 86, of Cheyenne, Wyoming, passed away early Wednesday morning, February 3, 2016, at the Memorial Hospital of Carbon County in Rawlins.
Elmer was born December 19, 1929, in Longmont, Colorado, a son of the late Peter and Elizabeth (Oakes) Schneider.
Elmer served as a member of the Wyoming Army National Guard from 1948 to 1984, retiring from service as a Lieutenant Colonel. He will be remembered as a loving husband, father and grandfather who enjoyed fly fishing and was a Wyoming Cowboy enthusiast.
Elmer is survived by two sons, Roger Schneider and companion, Debbie Engstrom, of Rawlins, WY, and Craig Schneider and wife, Pam, of Kittery, ME; a sister, Orion Gardner of Atlanta, GA; five grandchildren, Peter, Elizabeth, Ally, Kaitlyn and Austin; and three great-grandchildren.
He is preceded in death by his parents; his loving wife, Betty Jo Schneider; and ten brothers and sisters.
A memorial service will be held on Friday, June 24, 2016, at 11:00 a.m. at the Lakeview Chapel at Schrader, Aragon and Jacoby Funeral Home. Cremation is under the care of Schrader, Aragon and Jacoby Funeral Home in Cheyenne.

Colleen M. Vossler, 58, of Cheyenne passed away on June 30, 2016 at her home.
She was born August 5, 1957 in Cheyenne, WY to Frank W. and Florence K. Vossler. She was a heavy equipment operator. She lived every day by her love and passion for her animals. Her horses were her companions and as long as she lived, her spare time was horseback running barrels. She won more belt buckles than could be counted and multiple saddles. Her accomplishments with her horses was beyond amazing.
She is survived by her children, Heather (Kaycee) Lake of Carpenter, Leather (Tory) Munoz of Cheyenne and Tony Hall of Cheyenne; siblings Bill Vossler of Cheyenne, Ed Vossler of Cheyenne and David Vossler of Cheyenne and 6 grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents; a brother, Steven Vossler and a granddaughter, Skylynn Hall.
Cremation has taken place under the care of Schrader, Aragon and Jacoby Funeral Home and private family services will be held.
